=rice glue ball=  Today is the last day of chinese new year (元宵节)! I wonder why 元宵节 called as rice glue ball in english. It sounds weird... ... If I translate to chinese, rice glue ball will become 圆的糨糊球... ... How come got related to "glue" and "ball"? Hmm, lazy to research and not ineterested to find just curious only... ... Another word also very funny 猴头菇 in english called "monkey head mushroom". I keep on laughing when see these funny translate... ... Hmm, don have any chinese new year feel in these 15 weeks. Due to economic crisis??! Hardly see people playing fireworks. My friends also have such feeling whereby don have any cny mood. She says that we are not kids anymore, have less expectation in cny... ... Not like many yeard ago, expect that can get lots of ang pao, playing around.. ... She tells me that you will feel cny mood again once you marry and have children. The time you pass "ang pao" to your children you definitely feel very happy and warm. Well, when I went back to Singapore, I force my housemate to give me ang pao (she just married)... ... I don't care!!! !!! I very kiasu one and purposely did it to her only. lol It is holidays! But, this holidays TOO long~ I plan to do part time job at Sing on march. Lots of part time job offers at daily job hunt.I send an email for the authority, don hv any reply... ... It it not easy to find part time job now and I am an international student and lots of part time jobs only cater for Singaporean or PR only =( Finally, I dye my hair and highlight my hair. To my roomate, I din cheat u hor! See, I also dye my hair edi~ I realize that I dye my hair looks better and looks fresh... haha.. Don say me "bu yao lian"! Another thing is I book the air ticket edi (from singapore to pekanbaru)~ No more $90++ and finally is $68! Haha... I keep on refresh the air asia's website and it is$68 now... ... Faster book the air ticket and quickly help Wei Jian book... ... Really happy because we can SAVE around $$22++... ... Fetch my mum to the old house and she plant some vegetables there.  While my mum is watering her plants, I sit inside the car and keep on taking picture. I get my license around a year but till now, I rarely drive the car and still don know how to parking... ... When I am blogging, my mum come into the room and tell me that quickly go and see the moon. Today's moon is the most "round shape" moon within these 52 years. N, today's moon very special because got 半影月食 . Looking at the moon, I think of my grandmum. I miss her a lot! I can't see her, touch her and can't hear her voice anymore. I only can see her through the video from my hp... ... I can see her, hear her voice and see her action from the video but it becomes memories. She is the one who understand me the most and care for me the most! Cherish! Yup, cherish every momment with your families and your friends. I am sure that grandmum is at somewhere else, guiding us and she must be enjoy her life in another world.  |
