=Anyhow cook (1) = I like to eat and I like to cook too!Japanese foods, cheese,seafood... ...OMG! I like it! We eat so much meats or seafoods and maybe we can try to eat vegetarian food! The first post of food at kitchen will teach you how to do vegetarian food! oH, NOT guarentee delicious ya!!! I anyhow cook but I got put EFFORT! Ssshould be allright! (I mean the taste =p ) My grandmum is a vegetarian and she taught me cook this "mushroom". I normally mix the rice with the "mushroom" and TRUST me it taste great! When my mum cooks those foods which I don't like, I will just eat rice with the "mushroom" and you can cook a lot and put it into refrigerator for nex time purposes. Ingrediants: mushroom heads, cannot use mushroom MUST use mushroom head!冬菇角. Normally, we get those mushroom heads for FREE at restaurants because most people just eat mushroom and throw away the mushroom heads. OR you can collect your own mushroom heads! ![]() Step 1-3 can look at the pictures and know the procedures. Mushroom heads will absorb oils quickly so we must add more oils and normally use 麻油 to cook this dish. Add salts, sugars, curry powders, peppers and keep on cook the mushroom heads till it turn to little bit singe. If you don't want make it as vegetarian foods, you can add some dried small shrimps. Normally, I will add thai's chili powders. hmm, What you want to put you can anyhow put but must add salts,sugars and curry powders. Well, how many spoons of salts/suagrs/curry powders we want to add? Anyhow add lo, you like to eat a bit salts then put more salts you like to eat very spicy then add more chili powders! Too salty and too sweet? Maybe ajinomto will help? I don't know Dah dah, in the end, you can mix with the rice and eat togeher. Yummy Yummy! ![]() ![]() ![]() ========================================================= I am japanese food lover! Ting and Yan come to my house to make sushi. But, I din take the pictures of the steps. But, I am sure websites and youtube got teach! We anyhow make because we don't know how to make like traditional sushi. Kk, base on what I know, the rice need not use japanese rice (pearl rice) since it is so expensive, got cheap rice can eat can le lar! -When making sushi, MUST use japanese mayonise and don't use mayonise like lady choice because it taste totally differently. -The rice MUST add little bit of vinegars. Then, add little little little littlelittle bit of salt and sugars and taste the rice. If the rice a bit 酸(masam) then will be perfect! Put it into refrigerator for a while. -If use cucumber, MUST use japanese cucumbers because it taste also differently. -Put vinegars at ur hands and knifes because the rices will not stick together. -The crabs meats use tempura powders and the oils must very VERY HOT!
