=Shogun japanese buffet= Shogun japanese buffet:  Food Hunting with Fer and Suyi at shogun. Seem like we ate lots of foods. Since we know we go to eat buffet, we din eat lunch at all. Just want to have empty stomach and "fill" lots of sashimi! There is a place I need not worry about how much sashimi that I need to pay because I can eat unlimited sashimi-- BUFFET! For myself, no matter what kinds of buffet, I seldom eat rice, fries food (some buffets' fries foods damn oily till feel disgusting!) My target will be sashimi and oysters!haha!We reach there damn early because we are SUPER hungry! When we step inside the restaurant, OMG, I see a fly at salmon sushi there. One of the staffs saw it! However, the staff never do any actions and not bother it anymore. Maybe she think of " not I eat wat, I care for wat? I just work here any mah!". Some parts of the floors very sticky and not so much of choices of foods! Some buffet might not have best quality of foods but they have lots of foods for customers. For shogun, I feel dissapointed because they don have quality ( most of the foods taste so so) and quantity ( food choices not much)!   It seem like only 1o types of sushi for us to choose. Most of the foods you want to eat you have to order. However, you really need to spend some times waiting those foods to serve you.  My favourite! sashimi!!! No matter what, Must go and GRAB sashimi!!! Their sashimi consider as fresh. Suyi likes to eat wasabi she says she too stress at JC. Poeple drink coffees and study and she eat lots of wasabi. ahha, next time can try how is it!厚度切得刚刚好，不是很薄，吃起来有嚼劲。生鱼片的种类不是很多，所放的生鱼片数目也不怎么多。  "doin yoh,doin yoh" Again, I like to eat red octopus! I still rememeber the japanse stall auntie will give extre octopus for me at E1 canteen. But, now no more =x Their pics of oysters seem very big! However,I get shock when I see the oysters that we order. This is my first time whereby those buffet provide such a small oysters and if compare to the pictures that they put, it totally difference! Although their oyster taste nice, I feel little bit of dissapointed. Abalone? They state is abalone. Wah, seem like so good rite? But then, this is not "abalone" ! This is 贵妃鲍. You can buy at pasar malam, it taste great if put inside mee but this is definitely not the real abalone. Kk,some food taste nice: You can try their handrolls. However, I strongly not recommend eat those fry foods. Their fry foods very VERY oily. There is a dish with salmon with sauce,seem like tepanyaki or what. However, salmon overcook and the sauce too salty! Never order that dish, you will regret! "shogun sushi". 这寿司特别！寿司沾上了爽脆的外皮，煮熟的三文鱼配搭着饭团，味道不错。如果，饭团再少一点，外皮不要那么的油腻，这就会是一道很好吃的寿司！ Nothing much to say: NICE for this unagi sushi! Perhaps, you can try their steamboat. We try mini steamboat and taste nice. Something like korea kimchi's steamboat. Spciy but nice! Overall, I feel not worth to eat at shogun,JB. They charge a person for RM49 but it seem like they haven't reach those quality to charge such money. Compare to saisaki which I ate before at KL, their price almost the same. Lots of food provided at saisaki and all those are very expensive food. Good environment and good service at saisaki. For sure, I will try at saisaki again but I won't try at shogun,JB anymore. KL also got shogun but JB's shogun is not their branch.  =those with "lights" means taste nice=Variety of foods: 2/5 Foods taste: 3/5 Environment:3/5 Service: 4/5 Worth it or not: NOT  Nice outing with Fer and Suyi! We are old friends for many many years! "Turn another angle"," cannot,take again, this pic looks fat"... ... Because of my baby fat and keep on eating during holidays =x Two days before, when I was tidy up my things, I saw those cny cards and I realise I got two cny cards which havent give to my friends ( fer and suyi). I worte at 2003 and now I give them at 2009, times passes so fast!Initially, we plan to eat at "ying" on Mon, but we should give some times for our stomach "relax, relax" =)Labels: food hunting |
